Look for Playstore in your device.

Click the search bar and type "quickshortcutmaker".

Choose the first one with the highest rating.

Click Install.

Click Accept, if you trust the application and choose Learn more about the apps your about to install.

Wait until it finish downloading.

 Click Open to run the application.

Click Application Tab to view all the application that have been installed in your device.

Look for your missing shortcut. If you cannot find the shortcut, it means that you haven't install the application that your searching.

Click Create button to create a shortcut on your missing application.

Check your Home screen if your application shortcut have been restored.
