There are several application that make you do this, but I highly recommend this Net balancer that makes lots of things in your device network specially when you purchase it.
seriously, it will allow you to monitor detailed activity of your network without any effort. as you can see at the photo. it shows the all application download and upload rates even the size of the downloaded files running in your system.
And it has also a good tray that you may set the current download, upload and ping of certain domain or ip address that a gamer looking for which very useful for me as a gamer too.
